Ever wanted to “be the next James Bond”?
Because that’s exactly what the 10 years in the making pyramid scheme, I mean training platform, that I’ll be showing you through and reviewing today.
I am of course talking about IM Mastery Academy – What started out as a Forex education platform has since evolved into a financial independence/lifestyle MLM, with more subscriptions than Adobe and more addons you can buy than your average WordPress site installs.
Just like in my review of Hustlers University, this platform doesn’t have a specific thing they’re going to educate you on that’ll make you rich either.
Whilst it claims to be a number of things – They primarily teach digital marketing, forex, crypto, ECommerce and lifestyle changes.

What Is IM Mastery Academy?
It’s a bit of an enigma, as it’s a “financial empowerment” platform that has been around forever at this point, so they must be doing something right.
IM Mastery Academy primarily teaches people how to trade forex (aka foreign exchange markets trading) but has since evolved to try and be an all-encompassing education platform, meant to “help anyone make their first dollar online”
They’ve since moved into various other digital marketing training, ECommerce, dropshipping and of course, crypto – As does any other scammer trying to ride the coattails of the trend.
All in all, the platform is a forum and education centre for financial education and people looking to network with like-minded individuals.
Who Is IM Mastery Academy For?
If you are someone who wants to learn how to make money from home, then this is the place for you. If you want to know how to earn enough money from Instagram so that it can replace your day job and then some, then this is the place for you.
IM Mastery Academy is not only for those who want to learn about making money online but also for those who have been searching for a way of earning passive income through their favourite social media platform – Instagram in particular.
Is IM Mastery Academy A Pyramid Scheme?
As it does have legitimate products on offer, it’s not technically a pyramid scheme but does fall under the category of MLM.
MLM is a business model in which a company pays partners to recruit new members, rather than selling products or services to the public.
Pyramid schemes are illegal because they inevitably collapse when they run out of new recruits to recruit (many people never make any money at all). At that point, those at the top of the pyramid who’ve been paid out large sums start losing their investment money quickly as well as face legal consequences for running an illegal business operation. The person at the very top may be able to save themselves by cashing out early but it can be very difficult for those lower down on the chain!
Who Is Christopher Terry?
Christopher Terry is the founder of IM Mastery Academy and has been in the internet marketing industry for over 15 years, but started out in the construction industry in New York.
He has an estimated net worth of ~$3.5 million, most of which has come from the subscription payments members have paid towards IM academy.
He also claims to be a philanthropist, educator, trader, investor and a variety of other titles too.

No, it is not FCA regulated and anyone directly giving financial or investment advice needs to be.
It was founded in New York, in 2013 by Christopher Terry and his business partner, Isis De La Torre – An unfortunate name for that guy, aye.
You can get a refund within 7 days of your purchase, if you can provide a good enough reason and get in contact with someone at the company within a reasonable amount of time – Which may also be highly unlikely.
No, they do not offer any sort of investment opportunities, advice or signals as they are not FCA regulated to do so.
That being said, they have been caught doing exactly that many times before.
IM Mastery Academy Reviews
In this review, I take a look at IM Mastery Academy and the pyramid scheme nature it has to force members into trying to recruit new ones, and is not actually focused on improving your financial or business knowledge.

Summary
Whilst this is definitely not a scam product, and there are a lot of upsides to the community aspect of IM Mastery Academy, I don’t believe the subscriptions or addons are worth it.
There’s also been a history of bad advice, dodgy dealings and unscrupulous activities against the investors and members who decided to put their money into the site.
